And it’s breaking over me

A thousand miles down to the sea bed

Found a place to rest my head

Never let me go, never let me go

Angelic rune; The first and most powerful rune given to Shadowhunters by the Angel Raziel.

Lily Collins as Clary Fray…hair color.

***About Lily’s red hair in CITY OF BONES***
I saw comments before on other pages of people saying Lily’s hair wasn’t red at all. Everyone has a different shade of red that they pictured for Clary’s hair. Just like everyone has a different shade of blonde that they pictured for Jace’s hair. My hair is a more auburn red, so I pictured Clary with that color because that’s what I think of when I think of red hair. That’s why I love the color of Lily’s hair in the movie. It’s darker, like mine. In my opinion, we were lucky enough to get a movie and have such an amazing cast. We should just be happy that her hair is red and not blonde or something. I don’t think it’s fair that fans say it wasn’t the “right red” because there’s no such thing as the “right red.” It doesn’t exist because everyone who read the book pictured a different shade of red for Clary’s hair. And that’s the beauty of reading. No two people read the same book or see the characters exactly the same. There are people like me that don’t picture the characters at all, and all they can tell you about how the character looks is their hair color and eye color. I picture the setting mostly. We have to respect that everyone pictures the characters and setting differently.

Too many young girls don’t know how to act when someone’s being inappropriate with them. They giggle or they try to brush it off. Don’t do that. Tell them to go fuck themselves - be a bitch. If someone’s being disrespectful to you, be disrespectful right back. Show them the same amount of respect that they show you.
Wise words from my mom (via magicrobotgeography)

"Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit. We are all the same in this notion: The potential for greatness lives within each of us."
